The IT Help Desk Support Specialist is the first level of client technical support. This position provides support to end users by phone, email and remote access. Triage, troubleshooting, resolution, ticketing and escalation are all handled at this level in one seamless process.

Details:

Entry level computer helpdesk position

Provide remote end user support

Perform in-house bench tech work

Configure, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve all customer desktop issues including desktop/laptop hardware and software, mobile devices, printer/scanners/copiers, audio visual equipment, hardware peripherals and other desktop related equipment

Provide basic Active Directory administration (create new users, reset password, lockout users)

Provide some on-site support including delivering, installing and deploying equipment

Requirements:

Knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and common software (Windows - current and legacy versions)

Microsoft 365 Business

Excellent communication (written and verbal), troubleshooting and analytical skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently (self-motivated and goal oriented)

Ability to perform without direct supervision

Track time associated to work orders and maintain case load

Optional Qualification:

Experience supporting Apple devices is a plus

Working Hours:

Full time position - M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm
