Urban Water Resources Engineer (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services Inc.; Denver, CO): Evaluate, select, and engineer systems or products for water and wastewater projects. Complete engineering calculations, field work, write reports, and technical documents working under the direction and supervision of a senior engineer. Interpret sketches and engineering drawings related to pipeline networks, storm water/drainage design, and water distribution systems. Communicate project requirements, coordinate tasks and help train entry-level staff. Attend client meetings and record meeting discussion. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.--5:00 p.m.). The salary range is $125,237 - $132,300 per year. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, & work location. #LI-DNI

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: PPipeline networks, gravity and pressure systems, hydrology and hydraulics, geotechnical survey, storm water, drainage design, and water distribution systems; ArcGIS and InfoWorks ICM; Hydraulic modeling of water and drainage networks; and Interpreting sketches and engineering drawings.

Telecommuting permitted up to 5 days a week, depending on business need.
