JOB REQUIREMENTS: Molding Technician - 1st Shift - 11983 Janesville, WI, USA Req #11983 Position Summary: Complete defined mold tooling preventive maintenance task per the established Plex system. Complete mold tooling changeovers and setups per the established manufacturing work instructions. Prepare tools for shipment and update status in Plex system. Complete general assignments to keep mold processes operational. Position Requirements: Mechanical mold assembly and disassembly. Able to operate injection molding machine and all peripheral equipment associated with molding. Trouble shoot basic problems. Navigation of Plex maintenance system and related material functions. Able to complete all quality inspections referenced on the control plans. Operate moisture analyzer and other basic gages. Assist in new tool setups and runoffs. Provide basic training to mold operators. When mandated, will need to be available to work overtime, be it daily extra hours or weekly with additional days added to the work week. Individuals directed by management to operate a vehicle for work purposes will observe the requirements of the Fleet Safety Program.
