They handle a variety of tasks, including managing communications, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and providing general support to the office staff. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive and efficient workplace.What You Will Earn$22 per hourPosition Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Monday through Friday. Hours will vary based on client expectations and work availability. Track expense reports and submit purchase orders. Submit JIRA tickets for tasks such as ordering gas cards, termination paperwork, written warnings, coaching assignments, reimbursements, and vehicle accident reports. Assist with timekeeping and timecard audits. Order office supplies as needed. Scan and send supervisors documents to HR (safety meetings, separation forms, written warnings, etc.).Team & Communication Provide support to the Claims Department for customer complaints. Support management and supervisors by maintaining teamwork, professionalism, and open communication. Contribute to a positive work environment by giving encouragement, appreciation, and constructive feedback.Compliance & Operations Maintain a safe, professional workplace and help regulate office atmosphere. Suggest improvements for workflow and team relationships to management. Assist with renewal process for vehicle registrations.QualificationsProfessionalism Strong communication skills Efficient in Time management Must have a valid driver's license.
