The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies to drive long-term success and revenue growth

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted partner and resource

Collaborate with potential clients to identify tailored solutions that align with their specific operational needs and business objectives

Partner with the sales team to support end-to-end sales efforts, including strategy, contract negotiations, and securing accurate tracking and logistics quotes

Maintain in depth knowledge of SECUREs facility offerings (e.g., all weather pads, metering systems, facility acceptances) and stay informed on competitive advantages within the regional market
