Role Description

The Counter Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, customer service, product knowledge, and communication with customers.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Retail sales experience and knowledge of sales techniques

Must have automotive product knowledge and the ability to identify automotive parts

Customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work collaboratively with team members

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field a plus

Must have an active driver license to be able to work deliveries, if needed

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Store Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Shift will be between these hours (20 to 40 hours a week)

Ability to Relocate:

Detroit and surrounding areas, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 -- 40 per week
