Job Responsibilities: As a Phone Sales Associate, you will:

Provide an outstanding customer experience in-store and over the phone

Learn new promotions, pricing, and device offers weekly

Help customers choose the best phones, accessories, and wireless plans

Track personal and store goals --- and work to meet them consistently

Always demonstrate professionalism and punctuality

Participate in sales contests throughout the year

Maintain a clean and organized retail area

Accuracy in paperwork, customer activations, and payments

Sales experience preferred but not required --- we will train the right person.

The Ideal Candidate:

Enjoys talking to people and helping customers

Comfortable with basic technology (phones, tablets, POS system)

Bilingual a plus, but not required

Compensation and Schedule:

$13.00 -- $21.00 per hour (base + commissions and bonuses
