Employees in the Recorder of Deeds Copying Services provide records of deeds and marriage licenses: Assist residents, attorneys and title companies to access legal documentation for real estate and marriage licenses. Examine, authenticate and issue certified copies of marriage licenses and deeds, including historical records. Protect sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations. Digitally archive records to preserve their integrity.

Full-time employees participate in the St. Louis County retirement plan where they contribute 4% of their salary to the defined benefit plan with vesting after 7 years. Other benefits including paid life insurance, are detailed on our website. Bi-weekly pay with a starting salary range of $17.00-$19.00 hourly with fully paid training. Training includes legal documentation and compliance standards Regular work hours Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm.
