Sabre Systems is currently recruiting for an Engineer (Systems), Senior to support the Systems Engineering Department (SED) at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD performed remotely. The program is providing systems engineering support of weapons systems on various platforms including technical research and development of technologies, analysis, and documentation as part of the acquisition of Aircraft, Weapon, and Integrated Systems and the evaluation of their technical performance, mission suitability and associated acquisition risks throughout the full acquisition process and lifecycle of a program. The selected candidate will be responsible for not limited to: Performs programmatic or technical knowledge identifying, formulating, designing, and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems; guiding the engineering development of modern complex systems; and employing systems engineering methods and tools in the development of systems. Qualifications

Requirements: Must have a bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field from an accredited college or university. Must have at least ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience. Must have Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) experience. Must have systems engineer experience with PEO (U & W)'s Autonomy and AI initiative. Demonstrated experience in an area of engineering expertise is required. Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher. Must be a US Citizen

Compensation

Senior Level: At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements. Final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms.
