Automotive Sales Consultant Rusty Eck Ford

Location:Wichita, KS

Compensation:Guaranteed \$3,000/month base + unlimited earning potential through commissions and bonuses

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the showroom and lot, providing a welcoming and

professional experience

Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and

budget

Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives,

financing, and delivery

Build long-term relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and

customer care

Stay informed on current inventory, features, and promotions

Meet and exceed sales goals with the support of our management team

Qualifications

No prior automotive sales experience required we provide**paid

training**

Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
