In this role, you aren't just ringing up purchases---you are an ambassador for our brand. You will greet guests, offer delicious samples, share product stories, and even help cook or hand-dip some of our signature, store-made treats right on-site! The Experience & Skills We Are Looking For

To ensure you feel confident stepping onto our retail floor, we look for a blend of foundational experience and hands-on capability.

Required Experience

Customer Service Foundation: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, food service, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environment).

Core Customer & Operational Competencies

Engaging Customer Service: A natural ability to greet guests, offer product samples warmly, explain promotions clearly, and share product knowledge with enthusiasm.

Point of Sale (POS) & Cash Handling: Comfort operating digital register systems, accurately processing transactions (cash, card, mobile pay), and applying discounts correctly.

Merchandising & Inventory Care: An eye for detail to stock shelves, rotate edible products for freshness, and arrange visually appealing displays.

Basic Culinary & Prep Skills: Comfort following straightforward instructions to cook and hand-dip store-made confectionery products.

Food Safety & Cleanliness: Dedication to maintaining high sanitation standards, keeping counters clean, and ensuring a sparkling store appearance.

Soft Skills & Physical Requirements

Positivity under Pressure: A resilient, upbeat attitude during peak store hours and holiday rushes.

Active Environment Comfort: Ability to stay on your feet and move throughout the shift (behind counters, around cooking tables, and in the stock room).

Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently (and up to 50 pounds occasionally), bend, reach, and grasp small objects, with or without reasonable accommodation.

What You Will Do Daily

Delight Customers: Greet every visitor, hand out samples, and guide guests to find the perfect treats or gifts.

Craft On-Site Treats: Learn to cook and hand-dip select store-made products to keep our shelves stocked with fresh delights.

Maintain the Store's Shine: Keep shelves stocked and beautifully merchandised while performing daily cleaning and sanitizing duties in compliance with food safety standards.

Hourly Pay Rate: $15.16 per hour
