Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Executive IT Support Specialist to join our IT Executive Support team. In this role, you will provide high-level, front-line technical support to the executive offices. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless technology experiences through workstation setup and support, audio-visual and presentation assistance, mobile device support, and meeting facilitation. This position requires a detail-oriented, team-first individual who can triage incoming service requests, resolve escalations promptly, and work collaboratively with university stakeholders to support a variety of executive IT needs. You will play a critical role in configuring, distributing, tagging, managing, and decommissioning IT assets to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver responsive, professional IT support for executive leadership and high-profile stakeholders.

Set up, configure, and support workstations, mobile devices, and related hardware/software.

Provide AV setup and support for meetings, events, and presentations.

Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.

Manage asset lifecycle: tagging, deploying, maintaining, and decommissioning hardware as needed.

Coordinate with IT teams and departments to ensure consistency and service quality.

Assist in documentation of processes, configurations, and support activities.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a customer-facing or executive support role.

Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and macOS environments.

Experience with mobile devices (iOS/Android), AV equipment, and common enterprise tools (e.g., Microsoft 365).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
