Pay:$14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in, assisting customers with their needs, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment.

Job Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

Demonstrate effective selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

Communicate product features and benefits clearly to enhance customer experience.

Maintain the sales floor by stocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new items and promotions.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Bi-lingual a plus

Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is advantageous.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to sales and customer service.

Saturday and Sundays are mandatory
