Riggin Flight Service has an opening for a full time office manager. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Applicant must be a minimum of 21 years of age, hold a valid drivers license, and pass a background check.

Looking for an applicant who is well organized, detail oriented, self-motivated person who can juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities while working alone or in a team environment. Must have strong PC skills, using Excel and Quick Books. Must possess strong customer service communication skills; written and verbal.

Duties will include data entry for tax purposes, creating/maintaining client files, and schedules; answering phones; assist customers and respond to inquiries.

Business Office Manager

Answer telephone, and give information to callers, direct calls to appropriate personnel

Greeting customers and visitors

Scheduling appointments

Taking and recording payments

Prepare outgoing shipments

Ordering and picking up office supplies

Daily cleaning, housekeeping

Test Proctor

Yearly qualifying exams to keep current with regulations.

Pass background check

Monitor, schedule and prioritize testing stations

Inventory management of testing supplies

Maintain working computer stations

Troubleshooting or call for tech support when needed.

Other administrative duties pertinent to PSI

Working on behalf of Morris Riggin, owner and operator of Riggin Flight Service, Inc., owner of Sorensen Sprayers, INC., Airport Manager for the City of Madison, contracted to provide nationwide testing system through PSI Online.
