Build and maintain automated dashboards and analytical tools that enable real-time monitoring of multi-channel marketing performance, including paid media, organic, email, and in-app campaigns. Support cross-functional teams by developing tools that facilitate self-service access to marketing performance insights. Develop and refine marketing attribution models using probabilistic and algorithmic approaches to estimate channel-level return on investment (ROI) and inform budget allocation strategies. Perform advanced customer segmentation and lifecycle modeling to guide personalized targeting strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement, conversion, and retention. Design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments, applying causal inference techniques to evaluate impact and optimize decision-making. [ Position requires a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years of experience with applying predictive analytics and modeling techniques in the financial services industry to optimize marketing performance and enhance customer experience. Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following: Analyzing product and marketing performance to generate actionable insights, improve efficiencies, and guide strategic business decisions; building and maintaining automated dashboards and analytical tools that support real-time monitoring and cross-functional decision making; collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams on product design, sizing, and prioritization to optimize resource allocation and decision making; conducting A/B and multivariate experiments to evaluate product and marketing effectiveness and inform strategy; conducting customer experience analysis to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention; developing forecasting models to guide budget planning and financial outlook; leveraging methodologies and analytical techniques including cohort analysis, data visualization, funnel analysis, market research, product KPI development, risk mitigation, segmentation, and user behavior analysis; and working with Databricks, Excel, Power BI, Python, R, Snowflake, SQL, and Tableau.
