Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician

REIC Rentals is hiring an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician to support our growing team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in HVAC. You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced HVAC Service and Commercial Technicians.

Responsibilities

Load, transport, and unload HVAC equipment

Drive company vehicles to job sites (acceptable driving record required)

Assist with installation of HVAC systems, including:

Running gas hoses

Installing ducting and ventilation

Setting up equipment for operation

Work closely with service and commercial HVAC technicians

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

Acceptable driving record (required)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a team environment

Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions

Preferred Qualifications

EPA Certification (preferred, not required)

Experience in HVAC, construction, or mechanical work

Rental equipment industry experience (a plus)

Schedule

Schedule: Monday--Friday, 7:00 AM--4:00 PM (with on-call rotations and overtime opportunities; weekends as needed)

Minimal overnight travel; regional travel to WY, UT, NM, and NE

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift
