Lead the coordination between engineering disciplines and program management within the company and suppliers to ensure technical and programmatic alignment. Oversee, and support the execution of the aircraft systems engineering and integration plans in accordance with industry-related standards. Manage and integrate engineering activities related to requirements management, verification and validation, configuration management, and process assurance. Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to ensure the technical and schedule objectives are met, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Part 25). Drive the execution of the functional and physical integration of systems across the aircraft, ensuring proper alignment of safety, reliability, maintainability, and cyber-security standards. Manage and support the execution of certain program management processes, including risk management, schedule adherence, and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Support and lead the interface between engineering teams, suppliers, and program managers to ensure technical risks are identified, addressed, and mitigated. Coordinate and support the certification process, ensuring all technical aspects are aligned with industry and regulatory standards. Act as the technical liaison between program management and engineering, ensuring smooth communication and project execution across multiple teams.

Requires a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and 3 years of experience in the job offered, Systems Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of experience in the job offered, Systems Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or related occupation. Requires 3 years of experience with each of the following: Managing complex engineering programs from conception to completion;

Physical and functional integration, verification, and validation.

Systems engineering best practices.

Leading cross-functional teams across multiple stakeholders and suppliers, with a focus on achieving certification goals and technical milestones. Working across cultures, time zones, and countries with geographically dispersed teams.
