Established in 2001, Promosa has been producing events for over two decades across North America. We are a full-service production management company with a specialized division in large format LED video walls.

We are currently looking for experienced and motivated warehouse technicians and warehouse drivers wanting to work in the live event industry. The warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of live events by managing inventory, preparing equipment, and maintaining a well organized warehouse environment. The selected candidate must have a team mentality, a willingness to learn and excellent interpersonal skills.

Warehouse Technician

DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare equipment (lighting, video, rigging, staging etc.) and pull orders for customers and productions, ensuring accuracy of equipment counts

Return equipment properly after each rental period and ensure it is properly cleaned and maintained

Assist with loading and unloading trucks for incoming and outgoing event productions and coordinate with transport team for accurate loading and secure strapping of equipment

Assist with maintaining proper storage and organization of all equipment to optimize workflow

Identify and report damaged or malfunctioning gear to the appropriate department

Follow all workplace protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in warehouse operations, preferably within event production or entertainment industries

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to last minute changes

Job Types Available: Part-time, casual - 32 hours weekly Salary: $25.00/h
