The senior communications and marketing specialist is responsible for the development and execution of internal and external communications and marketing strategies in collaboration with other team members, specifically managing day-to-day marketing campaign development, project management and other activities for Platte River and Efficiency Works public education and marketing initiatives. We're looking for an experienced marketing professional with a knack for project management and balancing multiple priorities, who is confident in their communication style and enjoys working in a collaborative environment with a variety of work styles.

This position works a typical Monday through Friday schedule in an office setting and is eligible for hybrid workdays within a commutable distance of Fort Collins. This individual supports events within Platte River's owner communities requiring occasional evening or weekend hours.

Qualified candidates:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing,

journalism, public relations, or a closely related field.

Have reliable transportation for work-related events.

Have 5 years of progressive experience in communications, public/media

relations (ideally within the utility industry).

Full pay range: $109,262 to $152,967 if annualized. Hiring range: $109,262 to $131,222 if annualized.
