About the Opportunity

Pattons, now owned and operated by ELGi USA, began selling custom medical air packages to hospitals in 1980. Deciding to sell and service our own medical gas equipment nationwide, we created Pattons Medical in 2008. We hired some of the best in the medical gas business with extensive backgrounds in sales, marketing, manufacturing and engineering. Within a short period of time, we were able to create a company and product line that is second to none in the industry. Although the influx of this new talent brought new ideas, products and direction to the company, our "old fashioned" commitment to our employees and our customers remains steadfast.

About the Opportunity

Inside Sales Representatives support the Pattons Medical sales team and customer base in the fulfilment of Medical Gas and Laboratory orders. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with clients by providing them with the best products and services. It also requires being a subject matter expert on Pattons Medical's line of products and services to generate revenue.

About You

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Prepare and present quotations, enter orders into ERP for fulfilment.

Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs.

Track parts orders to ensure on-time delivery and provide updates to customers.

Generate invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Serve as a subject matter expert on technical information regarding products.

Perform other duties as assigned

The Insides Sales Representative opportunity may be a match for you if y

ou have the following qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

1-2+ years' experience in sales, customer service and/or order fulfillment

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Effective written and oral communication skills

The Panel Wiring Technician opportunity may be an ideal match for you if you have the following qualifications:

2+ years in inside sales experience

Experience in the medical gas and vacuum system or compressed air industry

Fully remote opportunities may be available for a new hire with industry experience
