We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Sales Representative with experience in tires, wheels, lift kits, and suspension systems. This role is responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right products based on their vehicle needs, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service.

We currently operate 6 locations in El Paso and 1 in Las Cruces, and this position requires flexibility to travel between locations as needed to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting tires, wheels, lift kits, and suspension components based on vehicle specifications and customer needs

Provide accurate product information, including sizing, fitment, and performance benefits

Generate sales by recommending additional products and services (upselling and cross-selling)

Process invoices, quotes, and orders accurately in the system

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Coordinate with technicians and team members to ensure proper installation and service

Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends

Support multiple store locations as needed

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience in the automotive industry (tires, wheels, suspension, or related field preferred)

Strong knowledge of tire sizing, wheel fitment, and aftermarket accessories (lift kits, leveling kits, suspensions)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale or invoicing systems

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
