OMNICOMMANDER, Inc. is one of the fastest-growing startups in the financial technology space, and we're looking for a proven salesperson with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. You'll be part of a high-performing revenue team, helping us expand our reach with financial institutions nationwide.

We pride ourselves on our upbeat, high-tech, and supportive culture, with offices in Tennessee, Florida and Colombia (South America). This role is in-office, at our Santa Rosa Beach, FL location.

Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new client accounts.

Develop a strong understanding of financial institutions' digital and marketing needs.

Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, including executives at credit unions and banks.

Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by generating new business.

Collaborate with the sales team on strategy, proposals, and client presentations.

Provide accurate pipeline updates and performance reports to management.

What You Need for This Role

5-7 years of successful sales experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, marketing, or IT services.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with a client-first mindset.

Proven ability to close deals in a B2B environment.

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
