Perform the installation of the Freight 360 Electronic Logging

Device (ELD) system in semi-trucks in compliance with DOT regulations and manufacturer specifications.

Ensure proper calibration, connectivity, and functionality of the

hardware and software components, including GPS units, engine interface, and mobile applications.

Conduct in-person and remote training sessions for drivers on the

effective use of the Freight 360 ELD system, covering daily log management, Hours of Service (HOS) compliance, and troubleshooting procedures.

Provide user manuals and ongoing guidance to ensure ease of use and

adherence to FMCSA standards.

Deliver prompt, remote technical support to resolve driver and fleet

staff issues with ELD functionality, data synchronization, and system alerts.

Identify recurring technical challenges and work closely with

end-users to mitigate downtime and ensure operational continuity.

Document and transmit software bugs, hardware malfunctions, and user

experience issues to the development team for diagnosis, updates, and feature enhancement.

Collaborate in product improvement cycles by providing field-level

insights and feedback from daily system interactions.

Continuously monitor and audit driver logs and records for accuracy

and compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.

Report any violations or discrepancies to the dispatch or compliance

department for immediate corrective action.

Collect, verify, and submit detailed reports on fuel purchases and

mileage logs to the accounting team for accurate International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) filings.

Ensure that mileage and fuel data are correctly categorized by

jurisdiction to avoid reporting errors.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of installations, training

sessions, support cases, and technical issues.

Assist in deploying system updates, ensuring that all users are

running the latest version of the Freight 360 ELD software and are informed of new features.\ \
