What you can expect to work on...

The Ac-225 Team Lead will take a leading role in scaling up Ac-225 radiochemical manufacturing processes, optimizing production workflows, and supporting transfer of technical knowledge across Niowave's MS&T and Production functions.

Lead Ac-225 scale-up and process improvement projects, ensuring technical robustness and reproducibility

Support cGMP readiness and process qualification for Ac-225 chemical manufacturing operations

Collaborate with the Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of Ac-225 process improvements

Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production and MS&T issues

Maintain compliance with all cGMP and radiation safety procedures

Support preparation and review of technical documentation including SOPs, batch records, process descriptions, and validation protocols

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield, purity, and process control

Provide day-to-day technical and operational guidance to MS&T team members in partnership with leadership

Serve as a mentor and coach to early career scientists and technicians, fostering a positive learning culture

Coordinate onboarding, training, and competency assessments in collaboration with Training Specialists & Supervisor

What you need to succeed...

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
