Detailed Description

The Account Manager is responsible for conducting field work to expand Netsync's client base and for maintaining relationships with assigned account partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Work in an outside sales environment to identify opportunities and manage them through the entire sales life cycle; this includes, but is not limited to, visiting client sites, bringing clients in for tours, entertaining clients in social settings, etc
Drive within the assigned territory and designated location parameters

Take a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, including but not limited to conducting local and online research, making phone calls, and networking through existing contacts and clients

Build and maintain key relationships with strategic clients and manufacturing partners

Develop a strong understanding of Netsync's products and services in order to communicate these effectively to potential clients and partners

Gain a thorough understanding of Netsync's internal operations to effectively coordinate efforts across different business units

Responsible for achieving top-line revenue and gross profit (annual GP target: $650K)

Enter account data and related metrics into the CRM system for manager review

Some travel required to attend trainings, partner events, and Netsync required gatherings

Perform well under pressure and confidently handle executive-level conversations

Possess in-depth knowledge of OEM sales programs and understand how to leverage them to maximize success as an Account Manager

Maintain a strong drive for professional growth and consistently strive to exceed sales goals

Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred

3-5+ years of experience in corporate account management and sales preferred
