Develop and manage land acquisition, development and construction projects by reviewing, assessing and advising company on land and project feasibility, cost-effectiveness, regulatory conformance, and, as needed, possible alternatives. Develop the design, engineering plans and pre-construction full cycle for each residential construction project. Plan and coordinate preconstruction, financing, and permitting process activities, such as surveys, site development plans, architectural and structural plans, plan and profiles. Direct technical and financial due diligence and qualify potential land acquisitions in alignment with company goals. Manage and coordinate the initial master planning work in close coordination with the design, architectural, engineering, and land development teams. Define projects scope with investors and Executive Team. Prepare land valuation, development analysis and corporate budgets. Analyze new development sites for acquisition, including market research, supply analysis, demand analysis, job growth, public records research and other key economic factors. Prepare capital pitches and investment offering packages on potential investments and development projects, including detailed pro-forma and financial models for potential and existing investors. Coordinate Platting, Architectural, and Site Development Plans for planned residential community submittals. Consulting with subcontractors and vendors to determine their requirements including preparing information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.

Minimum education level and field:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
