Do you like being outside but also working in an office? Then Montana Solid Rock has a open position for you. They are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Providing customer service- phone calls, emails, and walk-ins

Check/Refill Inspection records, Maintenance Records

Stay current on all orders (w/GM & Sales)

Create truck tickets, sales orders, and purchase agreements

Manage and coordinate trucking, shipping/receiving of packages

Data entry- product inventory, sales/pending orders

Track and create credit card and invoice reports weekly/monthly

Errands- Bank, post office, hardware etc.

Screening/vetting new applicants

Provide and assist new employees with new hire paperwork and submit to Bozeman office

Track MSHA training employee records

Maintain employee attendance records

Payment processing- CCs Cash/Checks

Review and approve w/GM invoices and statements

Updating the commencement/closure of quarries via MSHA website

Supplying all MSHA/DEQ required documentation when needed

Comply with DNRC in regards to current fire restrictions permit/exemptions by providing required documentation

Clean and organize office

Gather/consolidate office trash for Thursdays trash day

Safety/Health Day 1st Tuesday Monthly. remind crew to sign off fire extinguisher, check first aid kits. Recorder supplies as needed.

The perfect candidate Must have: Valid drivers license. Pass a drug screening. Reliable transportation to work. Team player Pay and Schedule: Mon-Fri No overtime $17.00 per hour
