[The Associate Controls Architect (Senior Engineer) will lead the architecture design of controls for subsystems of injection molding machines. Duties: Establish engineering goals and development timelines with minimal guidance; Design, implement, and validate control loops for axis control systems; Develop efficient communication protocols for real-time data exchange between system modules; Utilize solid understanding of industrial communication protocols and real-time operating systems (RTOS); Contribute deep system-level understanding of architecture and related integrated development environments; Select and qualify hardware components for control systems based on performance, cost, and reliability criteria; Utilize knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and IIoT integration, including OPC UA and cloud-based data analytics for smart manufacturing environments.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
