Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Lead and contribute to the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of software solutions for the Aspen Project, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business requirements while applying full-stack, cloud, and project management expertise. Design and develop responsive, scalable front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular; construct user flows with AvantOS's no-code/low-code platform; and proto@type UI/UX designs in Figma. Develop scalable back-end systems by implementing server-side logic and APIs using Python, .NET, C#, and Node.js. Manage data storage and retrieval using SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Test and document APIs with Postman to ensure reliable integration and clear developer-facing communication. Develop enterprise applications using Unqorkand design end-to-end user journeys with Avantra Journey Builder on low-code/no-code platforms. Host and scale cloud-based applications on AWS and Azure to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability. Monitor infrastructure and application performance with Datadog to maintain system reliability, responsiveness, and operational visibility. Manage project workflows by tracking tasks, timelines, and team collaboration using Monday.com. Leverage AI tools---including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Builder.io, and Figma Make---to enhance coding productivity, streamline collaboration, automate design prototyping, and visually build front-end experiences. Facilitate requirements gathering, backlog creation,and feature prioritization to support iterative delivery. Configure, code, debug, and create technical documentation aligned with business and system requirements. Conduct end-to-end application systems analysis and programming. Develop front-end portals and back-end consoles, applying knowledge of programming languages and databases (including Unqork platforms) to deliver scalable software solutions that meet business needs. Attend and contribute to team meetings conducted onsite at Mercer office, as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field, plus 36 months of experience in software design and development. Position requires 36 months of experience in each of the following skills and/or technologies: Unqork platform configuration and development; Agile/Scrum development methodologies; Software architecture principles and design understanding; Microsoft Azure Cloud or AWS Cloud platforms; Developing with JavaScript and/or Node.js; Angular or React frameworks; Collaborative software development in team environments; Requirements gathering; backlog creation; feature prioritization; Full stack development, including front end portals and back end consoles; Application configuration, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation; End to end systems analysis and programming lifecycle expertise; Business process understanding and application alignment; Technical leadership, including mentoring and code review; Scoped application design and implementation; Programming languages, including use of advanced AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, or comparable technologies); Database integration, including use of advanced AI assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, or comparable technologies); Utilizing AI code development tools and applying prompt first programming principles.
