RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibility for Business Development and Sales for Material Inspection Technology, Inc.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to Inside Sales, Outside Sales, expansion of the customer base, customer relationship building and customer communication.

Responsible for estimating labor, consumables, material, etc. to provide a quote for performing NDE Services to the respective customer RFQ.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer contacts and relations and gathering information for determining customer satisfaction and future sales opportunities.

Responsible for weekly sales campaign emails and follow-up phone calls for a predetermined list of customers as directed by the Operations Manager.

Responsible for providing a weekly sales performance summary report to the Operations Manager to include a summary of the weekly submitted quotes, customer outreach emails and any future sales opportunities that may arise.

Responsible for using NDE knowledge and experience to connect with customers and generate sales for MIT.

Primary point of contact between Material Inspection Technology, Inc and Customers

Responsible for initiating contract review with the Operations Manager when warranted.

REQUIREMENTS a) Education and Training

High School Education or GED required.

Work experience in Quoting of NDE services for 3 years

Previous NDE Experience preferred. b) Technical Requirements - Required Capabilities per Training Matrix. c) Experience

Must be very familiar with all NDE methods and techniques in order to develop new techniques that will both meet customer specifications and be more time efficient for parts being quoted.

Three years experience in sales role preferred.

Experience with estimating in the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream Oil and Gas Markets.

Experience with computer, including word processing and spreadsheets.

Must be able to effectively communicate in writing and/or verbally with Vendor and Customer representatives.
