Interact with supply chain operations, identify gaps and improvement opportunities in the Supply Chain Planning process, and design solutions using Oracle SCM Cloud, ASCP, Demantra, extensions, and other related systems.

Recommend system functional improvement to meet user requirements by performing required analysis and recommend solutions.

Identify system issues, escalate, and resolve as appropriate - be responsible for systems problem management activities for the digital supply chain team.

Manage project deliverables including working with offshore team and ensure On Time Delivery. Deliverables include but not limited to Requirements Gathering, Solution design, Development, Testing, Project documentation and Go Live. s

upport implementations/upgrades/cloud quarterly updates of Supply Chain cloud applications.

Identify and resolve ongoing day-to-day business issues pertaining to IT support. Provide on-going support on break-fix issues for existing applications.

Consistently produce high-quality work in a timely manner and focus on customer relations in every aspect of our business.

Minimum Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related

Oracle Certified Specialist: Oracle Inventory Cloud 2020 Certified Implementation Specialist

Certified Oracle Inventory Management Cloud Implementation Specialist

Oracle Value Chain Planning: Demantra Demand Management 7 Certified Implementation Specialist

Three years of experience as

Systems Engineer managing Supply Chain Planning Projects using tools of Oracle Demantra and Oracle PL/SQL

International travel to Mexico 4 times a year.
