?? What You'll Do {#what-youll-do data-start="757" end="782"}

Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment.

Perform quality checks and input data into the quality system using SPC analysis.

Conduct inspections to ensure in-process and final product quality.

Set up and adjust machine settings to meet production specs.

Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues; work alongside Maintenance and Process Engineering teams.

Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic repairs.

Accurately document production, quality, and maintenance data.

Use hand tools and measurement devices (rulers, calipers, indicators, etc.).

Support process improvement initiatives and participate in training programs.

? What You Bring {#what-you-bring data-start="1464" end="1488"}

High School Diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.

3--5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Ability to read blueprints and follow Standard Work Instructions.

Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with HMI systems (Ignition platform is a plus).

Comfortable standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting 50+ lbs.

Excellent attention to detail and urgency to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Glass manufacturing and forklift experience is a plus.
