Position Summary**

[The Director of Information Technology is responsible for leading the strategic vision and daily operations of technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and program innovation. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the secure, reliable, and mission-aligned use of technology across the organization. The Director manages systems, people, and processes that support staff and service delivery. The Director is a member of the senior leadership team and works under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer to align technology strategy with the organization's mission and operational goals.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

Some of the duties include:**

[ Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[ Manage technology annual operating budget, procurement, vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing renewals]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[ Oversee cybersecurity strategy, risk assessment, incident response, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[ Maintain and secure, the network infrastructure, servers, databases, audio-visual systems, and organization-wide hardware/software]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[ Ensure system integration, data integrity, and user training across platforms.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[ Optimize workflows and user access while ensuring appropriate permissions and data privacy.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[ Ensure documentation is kept current for all processes and architecture]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[ Serves as primary resource for hardware, software and data collection decisions regarding the maintenance of the network]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
