Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and creative professional to lead digital marketing efforts, coordinate volunteers, and plan on-site events that foster inclusion and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative nonprofit environment and wants to make a tangible impact. This is a full-time, hybrid role, in Williston, OH. Approximately 30 minutes from the Toledo area.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (social, recruiting platforms, email, website); manage social media and create engaging content; write ad copy and emails; implement paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager); optimize for SEO/SEM; track performance using analytics tools; maintain consistent brand voice.

Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, schedule and recognize volunteers; maintain database and compliance; build strong volunteer relationships.

Event Planning: Organize, manage and attend a minimum of two monthly on-site events for individuals with disabilities; oversee logistics, vendors, and budgets; collaborate with staff to align events with organizational goals.

Community Outreach: Promote programs and events through fairs and community activities; strengthen relationships with donors, volunteers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred OR 2--3 years of marketing experience (exceptional entry-level candidates considered).

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Strong communication and writing skills; ability to craft engaging content.

Proficiency in marketing tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office).

Experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work some evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Basic photography and design skills for high-quality imagery.
