We're Looking for a Sales Professional---Not an Order Taker

Lift King Products is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Representative to help expand our customer base throughout North America.

This is not a position for someone who simply wants to answer phones and process incoming orders. We are looking for a true sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, developing new business, and closing deals.

Previous sales experience is required, but industry experience is not. We are willing to train the right candidate on our products, customers, and industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with retail customers, distributors, and Multi-Shop Operators (MSOs)

Follow up promptly and consistently on company-generated leads

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Conduct outbound sales calls and ongoing customer follow-up

Prepare quotations, overcome objections, and close sales

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity

Provide professional support before, during, and after each sale

Represent Lift King Products professionally

Attend trade shows and industry events when required

Work with management to achieve established sales goals and objectives

Qualifications

Previous sales experience is required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail

Professional appearance and attitude

Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Comfortable working in a performance-driven and accountable environment

Experience in automotive, collision repair, fleet, equipment, manufacturing, or industrial sales is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary determined by experience

Commission paid on every qualified sale
