We are seeking a passionate demand writer to join our growing team in San Diego. This person will work in a team with paralegals and attorneys drafting demand packages for insurance companies, reading and comprehending medical records and bills, and creating precise summaries of case facts in a persuasive argument format. The perfect applicant will possess outstanding grammar and writing abilities, along with strong organizational skills. Furthermore, they should have a strong willingness to develop within the company by participating in a fast-paced learning environment.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to analyze, comprehend, and use legal documents such as medical bills and insurance claims

Strong working knowledge of legal drafting techniques and requirements

Background in writing

Preferred 2-3 years of experience

Ability to work collaboratively with a legal team

Self starter mentality

Ability to be onsite 5 days a week
