Responsible for providing in-depth knowledge and experience for corporation manufacturing processes; work closely with members of the engineering and operations teams to ensure robust manufacturing processes and manufacturability competitiveness to support achievement of company goals; perform equipment competitive analysis and recommend strategies to improve enhance productivity, improve quality and reduce costs; produce and maintain a technical roadmap of manufacturing processes; establish and maintain relationships with vendors to increase competitiveness of corporate manufacturing processes and equipment; assist in all aspects of manufacturing process development, product changes and product cost reductions including specifying components, packaging and pricing; lead manufacturing improvement activities and initiatives; support R&D department regarding plastic injection molding feasible technical tolerances; utilize and apply knowledge of Connector technology, Thermoplastic production operations, CDB/CAD Tableau MES system, data mining/data analysis, lean manufacturing methodologies, testing/validation differentiation, product calculation and manufacturability processes, and manufacturing equipment to perform assigned duties; lead the rollout of new manufacturing processes and systems; perform equipment cost calculation for new projects; ensure proper documentation of manufacturing activities according to KKS procedures and standards, as well as customer specifications and legal requirements; assist with maintenance of process databases with equipment specifications; contribute knowledge to the KKS manufacturing processes design guidelines; share and transfer manufacturing systems and processes knowledge within the organization; responsible for Product Cost Calculation, including manufacturability, production lines and/or machines, tools, raw and merchandise materials, internal and external components and packaging; determine the cost return including the investment plan return for all new products calculations; interact with the Cost Calculation global team in order to ensure accuracy and alignment during product cost planning; aligned with the Technical Initial Process team to ensure the product cost calculations are according the organizational cost and profit strategies; and interact with the Manufacturing Engineering area in order to ensure the right manufacturing process and equipment in all product cost calculations.

Education: Bachelors -- Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
