Shape Technologies Group - Baxter Springs is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to join our Logistics team. In this\ role, you will be responsible for leading daily shipping and receiving operations in the warehouse, ensuring accurate, timely\ inbound and outbound shipments. This role supervises warehouse staff, coordinates with internal departments to meet\ delivery requirements, maintains inventory accuracy, and drives process improvements. The supervisor also ensures\ compliance with safety and regulatory standards while providing clear leadership and direction to the team.\ ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:\ Direct and supervise the activities of the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely and accurate processing of\ shipments.\ Train, mentor, and coach shipping and receiving personnel to improve performance and enhance productivity.\ Ensure that all shipped and received products meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and\ procedures.\ Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee the organization and storage of incoming and outgoing goods\ within the warehouse facility.\ Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.\ Directs the movement of the shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas.\ Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to optimize shipping and receiving\ operations.\ Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and related documentation. Generate reports as required to\ track key performance indicators (KPIs) and departmental metrics.\ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including customs regulations, import/export laws, and safety\ standards.\ Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment for employees and minimize the risk\ of accidents or injuries.\ Other duties as assigned.\ Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.

The employee must be comfortable working around\ warehouse equipment, forklifts, and moving materials, and may be required to wear appropriate personal protective\ equipment (PPE)
