Research, analyze, and report on market conditions for Japanese businesses entering the U.S. market; identify opportunities to market business services and solutions to expanding Japanese companies, including market entry assessments, pilot launches, telecom plans or services, entity formation, translation and localization, and logistics planning; analyze search engine marketing metrics to identify opportunities for targeted marketing of business services and products; use analytics tools to document procurement and outreach activities to target markets; evaluate the Japanese telecom marketing landscape, including engagement channels, demographic trends, and local preferences; implement automated key performance indicator (KPI) acquisition/management using Google Apps Script; conduct A/B testing and conversion rate (CVR) evaluation to optimize cost per action (CPA); conduct heat map analysis on core Japanese social media and video sharing platforms; create and manage online content, including promotional and informational materials for Japanese publication and digital campaigns; implement customer-focused service improvements and retention strategies to increase lifetime value (LTV); analyze costs and benefits of online marketing to targeted

Japanese audiences, with awareness of return-on-ad spend (ROAS) metrics; collect and analyze user interviews and revise/update promotional product materials to incorporate new insights; plan and execute social media and ad campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI).

REQUIREMENTS

Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in related role in marketing analysis or marketing management. Experience must include:

Marketing and analytics with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Ads;

UX improvement;

A/B testing and conversion rate (CVR) improvement;

Return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) for digital advertising;

Automated KPI acquisition;

Social media content creation and management;

Japanese telecom market, including research and planning for new service or product release; and

Fluency in Japanese (speaking, reading, writing).
