Job Overview - Full OR Part-time

We are seeking highly motivated “people first” consultants to connect, through any virtual platform, with prospective clients/leads and walk them through their life insurance options. This is a fully remote opportunity and you set your own schedule - full or part time. If you do not currently possess a life and health license, we will help you obtain that in less than 30 days! Responsibilities

Learn products and systems to enhance client interactions and facilitate customized sales solutions

Follow up with prospective clients who have specifically expressed interest in our products

Generate new client base through self-generated leads, networking, referrals and marketing

Set up virtual client meetings – mornings/evenings/weekends - set to your schedule!

Collaborate with carriers to resolve client inquiries and close the sale

Maintain state regulatory licensing requirements

Attend ongoing Agency training and mentoring sessions to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

3 years outbound sales experience preferred or related field

Competency in technology and computer software, particularly, presentation applications

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

High level of integrity

Strong customer focus mindset and passion for helping others

Have excellent phone and face to face etiquette

Requirements

Ability to work morning, evenings and weekends

Reliable cell phone, data and wifi plan

Pass background check

Complete contracting with insurance carriers

Life and health insurance license issued by home state (If you do not have a Life/Health insurance state

license, if hired, we can help you obtain an insurance license)
