Accountable for project estimations, securing quotes, developing AutoQuotes proposals, accelerating order processes, and overseeing the coordination of multiple projects.

This position entails collaboration with design, sales, project management, factories, fabricators, subcontractors, rep groups, and more.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Cover the designated geographic territory and attend specific projects as assigned by sales and senior management.

Conduct project estimations encompassing equipment, labor, freight, while meticulously tracking delivery dates, order confirmations, and installation schedules.

Adhere to contract policies, procedures, and guidelines to facilitate the prompt processing of projects.

Sustain regular communication on a daily basis with internal departments, customers, factory representatives, and external sources.

Maintain comprehensive, precise, and current records for all projects.

Generate bids and quotations while adhering to profit margin and credit guidelines established by management.

Investigate and resolve price discrepancies, implementing necessary changes to purchase orders as required.

Handle the processing and issuance of all documentation related to purchase orders, revisions, and acknowledgments.

Examine bid documents, including foodservice plans and specifications, with thorough attention to detail and professionalism.

Promptly escalate and communicate any concerns or issues that fall outside the scope of work and beyond our authority to the relevant parties.

Deliver customer resolution through the identification and troubleshooting of both internal and external issues, and provide assistance with warranty/service requests as needed.

Conduct follow-ups with customers, vendors, general contractors, the management office, and support staff.

Create and disseminate ASA (As-Built Submittal) and OandM (Operation and Maintenance) documents for the project as needed.

Fulfill additional responsibilities as delegated.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction management or project management within the Foodservice Equipment sector.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in independently estimating Foodservice Equipment projects.

Proficient in interpreting blueprints, CAD drawings, design layouts, and scale architectural drawings, as well as other construction documents.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to problem-solve, multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, versatility, and flexibility.

Recommended

Hold a 2 or 4-year college degree in CAD, Drafting, Construction Management, Architecture, a related field, or possess SAP experience. Additionally, demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, AutoQuotes, and hands-on experience in construction site operations.
