This role is all about building strong relationships and delivering smart mechanical solutions to building owners, general contractors, CMARs, and property management professionals.

What you'll do:

Develop and manage customers' relationships to achieve sales goals and execute sales plans, including visiting job sites and evaluating project pricing

Sell commercial and Industrial HVAC/Plumbing projects ranging from $40,000 - $5,000,000

Solicitation of projects on HVAC equipment and related services

Manage your use and data integrity of our CRM software

lead and oversee Special Projects Estimator, and coordinate a strategy for ideal projects

What you'll bring to the table:

5-7 years of related sales experience, commercial mechanical sales experience preferred

Excellent negotiation skills

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to identify and exceed customer expectations while managing a high volume of work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with a sense of urgency performing duties
