Infinity Solar Group, LLC in American Fork, Utah seeks for a full-time Technical Support Engineer.

Duties:

Software Maintenance and Security:

Update software or enhance existing its capabilities, providing support to both internal teams and customers.

Provide network maintenance to ensure networks operate smoothly.

Recommend upgrades or innovative improvements when issues or defects are identified.

Responsible for implementing cybersecurity measures, conducting vulnerability assessments, and monitoring IT infrastructure to identify and mitigate potential threats.

Manage and monitor network security within a small business environment, gaining, configuring secure access, implementing multi-factor authentication, and preventing unauthorized access.

Software Testing and; Installation:

Design software system testing procedures, programming, and data documentation.

Communicate with clients to receive proper feedback on network reliability.

Document network support activities and regularly back up the network data.

Secure systems that support renewable energy solutions, including remote monitoring, smart grids, and customer portals.

Implement new hardware or software systems to ensure integration with existing network systems.

Client Relations:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, guiding them through software setups and troubleshooting connectivity issues.

Extend telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues.

4.Quality Assurance:

Test repaired items to ensure proper operation and identify potential networking problems with diagnostic testing tools and

equipment.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards relevant to the energy sector, such as NERC CIP (North American Electric Reliability Corporation Critical Infrastructure Protection).

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm., off Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
