Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records.

Monitor, record, and reconcile all material purchases and project

related transactions.

Support Plant Manager with purchasing, procurement, and tracking of

materials.

Process accounts payable and maintain vendor accounts.

Manage company finances using QuickBooks.

Maintain and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

Post transactions for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reports to external accountant for

tax and R+D purposes.

Furnish the internal accounting team with monthly financial

statements, balance sheets, P&L, AP, AR, etc.

Review and process employee expense reports.

Manage accounts receivable and routine accounting records.

Maintain organized financial and administrative documentation.
