We are looking for an ongoing temporary Properties & Contracts Coordinator to come work for our client near Airway Heights. This is a great full-time position with potential for permanent placement for a super star.

Compensation for the Coordinator -Properties & Contracts

$23.78 - $26 Per Hour DOE

Monday -- Friday, 8 am -- 4:30 pm

This is an ongoing temporary assignment with the potential for hire for right candidate.

Responsibilities of the Coordinator- Properties & Contracts

Assist the public and tenants in person, via email, and over the phone with requested information.

Draft, compose, and edit correspondence related to property management and tenant relations.

Assist with lease and contract document creation using templates and source materials, including guidance from legal counsel.

Track tenant insurance and bond requirements, as well as manage insurance/risk claims and police reports to ensure compliance with lease terms and claims processes.

Maintain accurate records, subject files, archive files, and tenant mailing lists.

Manage lease and contract-related data entry, provision updates, and file maintenance using specialized software.

Provide administrative support for transportation operations as needed.

Assist with the issuance of permits related to public activities on company-managed properties.

Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements of the Coordinator-Properties & Contracts

An Associate's Degree in a related field with at least three years related experience, preferably in business or real estate. Preference shown for Bachelor's degree.

Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of relatable office experience.

Proficiency in the Microsoft suites.

Valid state driver license, free of serious or frequent traffic violations.

Must be able to travel locally as needed for business purposes.
