::: {dir="ltr"} We are looking for a Industrial Engineer who analyzes and designs sequence of operations and workflow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities. :::

Responsibilities:

Create, maintain and status network-based, Master Production Schedules in support of E-6B programs

::: {dir="ltr"} :::

Fully understands critical path schedule network processing, driven by logic, durations and date constraints

::: {dir="ltr"} :::

Experience with IMP/IMS schedule structure as well as schedules based on Work Breakdown Structures

::: {dir="ltr"} :::

Experience exporting schedule data to Excel and working with responsible parties to gather and report schedule status and productivity metrics per weekly and monthly reporting cycles

Basic Qualifications:

U.S. citizenship required

Bachelors Degree in relevant area of study and 4 years of experience

Strong problem solving and analysis skills with the ability to learn from mistakes

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience utilizing all aspects of Microsoft Project to manage IMS

Able to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance
