Manoa Chocolate Hawai?i is a bean-to-bar chocolate factory that has been making high-quality chocolate in Kailua, on the windward side of O?ahu since 2010. Sourcing cacao from Hawai?i and around the world, our goal is to bring out the best in each bean!

Summary:

To provide quality and timely support to customers, distributors, and internal colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Direct customer contact related to inquiries, orders, order entry, pricing, scheduling, traffic, and resolution of customer complaints/issues;

Responsible for order review, to include pricing review, documentation, order configuration, and scheduling; coordinate wholesale order shipment (software, hardware, graphics)

Handle wholesale order processing, to include the coordination and tracking of all paperwork requirements, participation in weekly operations review, and coordination/tracking as required through shipment;

Responsible for company invoicing of all sales including spares, orders, and

Act as liaison between customers, Business Development Managers, and other departments within the organization to help ensure customer satisfaction

Interact with all departments regarding technical, pricing, accounting, Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and inventory issues as they arise

Issue, track, and follow-up customer complaints and/or product returns

Research and resolve internal issues with regard to product quality and customer satisfaction

Responsible for daily monitoring of backlog with regard to on-time shipments, scheduled ship dates, and subsequent follow-up when issues arise

Responsible for weekly monitoring of critical product inventory and subsequent follow-up when issues arise

Handle demo/trial order processing and tracking

Provide support to Wholesales staff and management team with regard to product availability and order configuration; provide reports as required by management team

Act as back-up to Business Development Manager for all wholesale orders

Research, prepare, and present price quotations to customer for spares, consumables,

and upgrade requests as per standards; research and interact with technical support staff to determine feasibility and details for upgrades

Maintain customer files

Responsible for participation for answering/transfer of calls to appropriate personnel

Knowledge of US Customs Commercial Invoicing process

Organize and maintain Customer Product Contract Pricing

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelors degree or 3- 5 years work experience in Sales
