What Youll Do:

Greet every customer with warmth and professionalisminside, outside, or over the phone

Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently at the register

Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked

Answer questions and share your product knowledge with shoppers

Assist donors at donation drop-offs and offer receipts

Help maintain fitting rooms and store appearance

Follow store safety and security procedures

Promote our mission at checkout and ask for monetary donations

Jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

What You Bring:

A great attitude and passion for customer service

Strong communication and active listening skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment (lift up to 35 lbs)

Ability to use a register and follow direction clearly

Retail experience is a plusbut a willingness to learn is even better!
