Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience tailored to each individuals health and wellness goals. This part-time, hourly position requires an energetic, passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and assist all customers, creating a positive in-store experience

Engage with customers to understand their health goals and recommend suitable products

Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals

Fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently

Maintain store visual standards, cleanliness, and product restocking

Assist with opening, closing, and day-to-day operations (including cash handling and inventory)

Stay informed on the latest wellness and fitness trends and product knowledge

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and U.S. holidays

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and frequent bending

Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

Compensation

Pay Range: $9.50 - $11.50 per hour Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location-specific minimum wage laws. GNC offers growth opportunities for those who perform and develop within their roles.
