Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of outside sales experience, account management skills, and a passion for technology sales. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

Engage in outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand market presence.

Manage and nurture client relationships through effective account management.

Conduct B2B sales presentations and product demos to showcase our offerings.

Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

Implement territory management strategies to maximize coverage and efficiency.

Execute lead generation initiatives through cold calling and networking efforts.

Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and client needs.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.

Upsell products and services to existing customers to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.

Strong background in account management with a focus on customer service excellence.

Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.

Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

Demonstrated ability in lead generation and direct sales strategies.

Experience in territory sales management is a plus.

Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.

Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits.
